What have you found works?
I've discovered the joys of dark chocolate (80% no less, preferably more) melted in tomato sauces
never really attempted anything but by accident i found that melted chocolate on chips can be quite tasty
Dark chocolate in spaghetti bolognese is amazing! But that's very similar to what was said before, sorry.
Hmm... boiled cherry tomatoes with fried halloumi cheese always seems quite experimental, though I think I may have found it in a Good Food magazine rather than experimenting by accident.
i've done some strange things with food.... but for the life of me, i cant think of any right now =[
