Online degree

I am here in Nepal and I have recently finished my A levels and I want to take an online degree from U.K on Mathematics.I don't know much about it so help me through these questions.Is it good to get an online degree,is it accepted all over the world.Which institution provides the best online degree to me on Mathematics.Pls help me.

A degree is a degree, the good thing about doing one online is that its cheaper, you can work along side it and get experience! Im sure employers would prefere a student with an online degree and experience than someone from a good university with no experience. The downside is you don't get to experience the student lifestyle but if you are not bothered about this then go for it.

Thanks,but can you name and give me link to some institutions that provide online degrees.
Probably the closest thing to a genuine 'online' degree is from the Open University. They're the only place with any repute.

Google it.
