I wouldn't have thought so. Take it to the sub-forum thread and we'll work it out there.
    Done.

The Scottish and Welsh bills idea is embryonic - I came up with it after talking to Oriel in the Speaker thread. But I meant that we'd have bills of the Scottish Parliament or Welsh Parliament that we'd discuss...
Oh I see. TSR Scottish Parliament and Welsh Assembly bills voted on in the TSR HoC? Might as well do away with devolution in its entirely then! :p:

Hehe. The point would be to allow for an outlet for local issues, without having to have seperate sub-fora and usergroups.

My thinking was that on issues of higher education or health for example the UK parliament legislates for England but not so Scotland or Wales. Anyway, I do need to think it through properly.

And Lib, call it a bit of Scottish and Welsh supremacy :P

If anyone wants to reword stuff here for me, I'm very happy to let them. I'll edit it in. You've lost me a bit.

Lol, I do love that - it means you don't need to add any text if you wanna quote them.

Have updated this to take into account changes for devolution. I'll be updating this further over the coming days.

Just a quick note on the new 4.3, it should be Act not Bill there.
