Default Core 4 OCR Integration and Differentiation

I made the mistake of dividing my revision into topics and leaving what seems to be the most obscure two until last; integration and differentiation. I usually learn from past papers, but it won't work with these because there are like 5 different methods of integration. So what I need is just a brief summary of the types of integration/ differentiation in this module and when they're appropriate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

PS. The way I learn best is someone saying "you've got a question like <situation x>. To solve <situation x> you use <formula x>." 0 theory, just remembering equations. If anyone could point me in the direction of online resources which set it out this way (without going through any theory which I'm not worried about at the moment) I'd be indebted for life.

For integration, there's Integration by parts (formula is given in booklet), Integration by substitution and Integration by spotting.

Sorry for double post, if i edited this wouldn't be bumped.

What's integration by spotting? Google doesn't have anything on it

Also you can have separating the variables, in differential equations and integrating both sides of the equations.

Get cramming! If Edexcel is anything to go by, calculus is probably worth up to half your paper.
