its not tacky (and actually quite sexy) if the girl with the right figures wears it, i.e. today i saw plenty of women with their midriffs on display and the above question was the only one which played a part in determining whether they were a slut or not (not that you should care what other people think tbh) - and i don't mean that in a shovonistic male way lol :p:

i just think 90s...

if you're worried about others reactions you could try a plain crop top with something sheer over the top? so you could still see the tattoo and belly ring but you're still covered up.

and if you can go backless, or with a stick on bra try something backless?

It's all very well saying 'wear what you like and don't care about others' but that's very difficult when you'll be getting looks and comments.
