Referendums?

I'm planning on doing two from electoral systems, political parties and pressure groups for Unit 1. Do i need to learn referendums (for electoral systems) as I'm quite confused about this? As in, I am NOT planning to do the democracy question.

You should learn a few recent referendums as I think it generally always comes up in some form or other in Unit 1. It did when I did it in January.

Scottish Parliament Referendum / Welsh Assembly Referendum 1997 and North Eastern Regional Assembly 2004.
Referendums is part of Elections, so it would be wise to learn it if you plan to do "Elections"
