A few questions..

Is it possible to go and apply for a job straight after finishing GCSEs?

The only experience I've had is in Jessops for 2 weeks (work experience in yr 10), would some stores accept that I've had almost no experience?

& would anyone recommend
Paperchase
H&M or Qube to work in

Yes I think aslong as you've done GCSEs it wont be a problem. I got my first job without experience but it was a supermarket, shoe and clothing stores may be different. You can always try though.
I worked throughout my GCSE years (both Year 10 and Year 11) in a couple of different places so yes, it's definitely possible!

Personally wouldn't recommend Qube if the one near you is anything like the one in Cardiff (I worked there over Christmas a couple of years back). Although the pay and discount were both fairly good for shop-work, they weren't enough to make up for the fact that staff were expected to be on the shop floor and working 15 mins before the shift officially started (so, unpaid) and also to stay behind to clean 30 mins to 1 hour after the shift had ended (again, unpaid). It was also easily the most boring job I have ever had in my life!
