part 4 a) i) ? errm well if i saw that question in an exam i'd draw a straight line across in line with the 10,000 for the whole width because it's 400km in diameter...! feels like there should be more to it though lol.
It's really easy marks.
Draw a cross-section through a shield volcano.
Low sloping sides, start at 0 at each end and rising to a maximum of 10 000 near the middle. Make sure you draw a crater and a vent.

I don't think internal detail matters - look at the mark scheme for exactly what they want if you're stuck :smile:

How do i draw the craters and vent? :confused:

Just make sure you draw a flattish section at the top, and the sloping sides. For the vent, just draw a downwards tuby thing.
