Switching colleges: is it possible?

Say you had an offer from LSE (i do), would it ever be possible to go to another member of the University of London, say, UCL?
I know this would probably be unlikely.

You mean studying the first year at LSE and then trying to go at UCL?
I was told that usually Universities do not accept a transfer directly to the second year. But maybe from a high reputation uni you might have a chance.
