The whole premise of the questions about chickens was wrong - chickens in battery cages don't lay more eggs than free range ones. I gave them the answer to the question that they wanted but I also wrote a note to the examiner.

also anyone have predictions for the grade boundries for an A*... ?/45

im almost sure that it will be like maybe 35/45 to get A* if not lower

yeh that was a tricky question, with alot of thought you had to see the similarty between dogs and humans! weird question though!

Was that the one about Banting and Best and the ethics of making dogs diabetic / killing them to find a treatment for diabetes and therefore save hundreds of thousands of humans? If it was, then I think I wrote something about it being a necessary evil.

What did you put for the answer?

I wrote something along the lines of the hens not having to put so much energy into moving / keeping warm and therefore they have more energy for egg laying. I know the answer is *******s but in context I think it was what they wanted.
