AQA Chemistry C2 tomorrow!

Hi all,

After the dreaded biology exam (well at least in my opinion) :frown:

How does everyone think the chemistry is going to be?

I hope it's ok :smile:

What topics do you think are going to come up?

Also, are the raw materials for the Haber process Nitrogen and Hydrogen or Air and Natural gas? Thanks!

nitrogen and hydrogen, your getting confused with where you get them from..

nitrogen -fractional distillation of liquid air
hydrogen - natural gas and steam

i hated the Biology exam as well. i hope Chemistry is much much easier, and AQA don't put any weird, devious questions. i hate it when they do that.

What trance addict said is correct. the raw materials are nitrogen and hydrogen, and you get those from air and natural gas.

I didn't find Biology that hard, but I'm dreading Chemistry. I've had an awful teacher for year 11. He gave us the Jan 08 paper but I didn't understand most of it, even after looking at my notes. Mostly the equation stuff.

Yeah I'm guessing it's mainly going to be weird evaluating or discussing questions like in biology. Stupid random confusing stuff.

that is basically how you get marks. you write down everything you know about the topic, you don't even answer the question.
