gf lives in newcastle and travelling from kent is such a big money spender and time consumer. I can't see my self doing it for ever lol
for the record, many MSc courses take slightly longer than a year leading to the issue of not having finished that course prior to starting medicine. It's also often expensive and stressful, which when faced with the possibility of a very expensive 5 years ahead of you appears a bit... well, silly, tbh.

Make sure this is really a good option for you to take.

Money is no problem, therefore, it isn't silly imo.

Better taking a MSc if I don't get in than work in a supermarket. At least if I don't get into medicine on the 2nd time, I can use my MSc to start a new career =) and also use my chemistry based degree to help further my application.

Defo the best option.
