Re: The ULTIMATE EPQ ThreadSadly we did. We had to make a proposal, then the teacher selects the best ones. I think I didn't get it (and I was one of the most determined there). Plus, only like 20 people went to the meeting and about 5 applied(Original post by natty_d)
You have to make an application to do it?

Re: The ULTIMATE EPQ ThreadOurs is optional, and as many or as little people who want to do it, can do it. I think lots of people decide to and have started dropping out, which is kinda annoying for the teachers, I guess.(Original post by JayAyy)

Re: The ULTIMATE EPQ Thread
I'm on 3000 words.
The admissions tutors better be f***ing impressed by this, or I'll hang myself!
But no.. I have quite enjoyed doing it, there's only been a couple of times where I've had to force myself to sit down and stop procrastinating.
I want to try and finish by results day if possible, when are you guys planning to finish? -

Re: The ULTIMATE EPQ Thread
This thread scares me... I've been on holiday the last few weeks and thought I was being really good - I'd planned out where and how I was going to do my research; bought myself a new pad and everything, even borrowed the books from the library. Was about to start my log today as well. Then I come on here and everyone's almost done :O To be fair, we aren't allowed to start writing ours 'til we go back to college because we have an allocated mentor to talk us through it each week. Still... I feel like I've fallen behind lol.

I haven't done that much. Most of my research is reading, and note taking.
We have quite a long time but I suppose its good to get some of it out of the way in the holidays.
into mine.
