Turned on the tele earlier and immediately could hear the Pro IRA chants being belted around the DeKuip.

    Surely UEFA should investigate.

    What were they singing?

I heard Fields of Athenry, Celtic Symphony (with 'Ooh ah Samras' as the chorus), the St Pauli song, Willie Maley, Hail Hail.

They had one airing each of Roll of Honour and BOTOB, less loud than the other songs too. Hardly a big deal.

Fair play to them, Let the People sing, their stories and their songs, and their music of their native land.

At least we didn't go to a Catholic country and sing about killing the Pope.

Exactly, the songs are commemorative and not malicious anyway. Plus, surely the biggest news was Celtic going 3-0 up and then eventually winning 3-1? Celtic playing well in pre-season FFS!!

Nah, it was real-time I didn't watch it, but apparently we were woeful (a bad pass-back cost us a goal, again). To be fair, Celtic weren't splendid tonight, even though they were 3-0 up they had only taken 3 shots...

Also, on a more worrying note, Boruc seems more the roly-poly goalie than the Holy Goalie atm, some fitness training need methinks

    Pre-season annoys me.

Celtic v City tomorrow. Looking forward to it Don't care who wins. Not going now as my mate pulled out and I've no money, so it'll have to be the TV with a few beers.

I laughed, oh how I laughed.

Well done Kaunas, and congrats on your exam results.

This will destroy the huns, they needed that CL money, we're well ahead of them now.

Did anyone catch the one of the pundits say "that's it was an embarrassment that Kaunas got this far" shortly before the equalizer?

    I laughed at that one.
