A few chemistry questions which popped up in my PRACTICE exam today.. right / wrong?

element Y has a white precipitate, write down what its ion could be

- Magnesium

bromine needs a temperature of above 200 degrees celius to react, and in very light conditions, suggest the temperature and light conditions needed for iodine to react

- around 300 degrees and very light conditions


(Yes poor stated questions! cant remember them word for word!)

You should have put Mg2+ ion for the first one, as magnesium isn't an ion. :smile:
