If you mean Advancing Physics, the practical investigation is 7.5% of the A-level (so 15% of A2) and the Research report is another 7.5% of the A-level (again 15% of A2). So coursework is 30% of A2.

No it is 15% of the A2. You can find the specification here. The weightings can be found on page 23.

How about these two papers we have done on Wendesday.
How much are they worth in total\
I got a bit lost in this. The 2865 is worth 110, and the coursework is 60.
So these two papers should be worth 130 in total. Am I right

Practical Investigation Coursework: 7.5% of A2 & 7.5% of whole A-level

Research Report Coursework: 7.5% of A2 & 7.5% of whole A-level

Therefore A2 Coursework is worth 15% of A2 and 15% of whole A-level, BUT they are accompanied to units 2863 and 2864, so the UMS for coursework in A2 is given to including the UMS of the associated papers, unlike in AS where the courseworks made up the 3rd unit!

What I have written is 100% correct so dont get confused over it :biggrin:
