Yeah, it is behavioural. Its about classical conditioning i thought.. and lewinsohns theory on losing a loved one about operant conditioning.

Learned helplessness is behaviourism.
But the cognitive approach expands upon learned helplessness, by saying the reasons why people feel helpless - if it is stable/global/internal.

its a bit of both really because their negative thought processes played a part too
my textbook has it under cognitive too...

but it does mention the overlap with cognitive as includes behaviours and negative thought processes
