Hey guys. I jus sorted out my health form. Jus wandering which address do u send the form too? Thx.
(And is mantoux test, mmr2 and rubella needed if u av MMR 1 done alrdy)

Ahh okay I was worried for a moment lol.

Well you're best bet would be to ring/email them. I have some numbers for them, but they're all just called KCL in my phonebook so don't know which one is the main number, but they are:

erm, i never handed mine in... lol but don't do that. you could just hand it in to the health centre.. top floor of the strand campus :smile:

I sent off one of these forms. The address should be on the letter you got with the form.

I keep missing calls from the occupational health dep. And keep forgetting to call them back. On the voicemail they left me they said something about booking an appointment for a health screening or something like that. Has anyone else been called by them??
