...Whatis the cheapest accomodation for LE students? Even if i have to put up with terrible catered food and shared bathroom . I will suffer as long as i have my own room..

You do know that your student loan will take care of your accomdation costs?
shared bathrooms arn't so bad, and self catered is cheaper

I know but due to unforseen circumstances i have to sort out other things financially..So im trying to save as much money as possible. I really do want to go self catered and en-suite, but i don't know if i can. . I'm kind of annoyed that i would have to move out in the holidays...the last thing i want to do is go back home!

Self catered don't have to move out in the holidays, so I think thats best for you
Sharing a bathroom isn't that big a deal, but you're right i don't think they do en-suite self catered if you're not disabled

as to the money thing, you can get a job, and overdrafts help too

I have my room sorted for next year, self catered en suite and im not disabled

The entire Bowder court block is the cheaper version of this accommodation if im not mistaken

Thanks for the help people, im definitely having an overdraft. I know im going to need it. Hey Ben_D do you have any pics of bowder court? MuseObsessed, how hard is it to find a part time job? Part of the reason why i am in my current situation is because they are so hard to find!

I've been to bowder court, its really nice
its not that hard, but easier right at the beginning of the year. You'll need to give out alot of CVs, but if you put effort into it then they are there to get. The uni also has an agency to find jobs, but i've not used that

You can 100% definatly have self catered ensuite and not be disabled. That is only the case in NIXON where you have to provide proof of a disability in order to be allocated an ensuite. In the Student village there are specially adapted disabled rooms for those in wheelchairs.
You can get a part time job pretty easily, the bars and catering are advertising at the minute have a look at the website and get your CV in early for next year
