can anyone give me some native french food and drink and tell me where it originated from? - i.e. champagne, baguette.......

or alternatively, pst some links into your post so i can track 'em down easily.

and please no suggestions on "why don't you use wikipedia"

clearly they are FRENCH if they are FROM FRENCH REGIONS.
and if you can't SAY them, it's not our fault.
they're FRENCH NAMES. ffs.

go on wiki travel and search some regions - there will be some information on regional dishes there.

Those are very well known dishes, and quite blatantly French. How can you have not heard of bouillabaisse?
