My aim for the summer:

To start toning up and building muscle!
Reply 46
9 stone down to 7 stone hopefully.
Gym 6 times a week.
No more than 1000 kals a day.
At least lose the weight ive put on whilst studying...

I need to loose weight. Need, not just want.

Idk how much I'll be able achieve this summer, got a lot on, but hopefully be a bit fitter for uni, then carry on from there- definitely getting a gym membership and actually using it at least twice a week

plus I won't have to money just to sit around and eat all day :p: not that I do now, but hopefully my diet will be slightly better + more exercise = success.

I don't need to loose weight, but intend to tone up and get some muscles!

I was going to the gym 3 times a week, till the mate I was going with went on holiday for a week, haven't been since. Really need to start going again and also doing some swimming!

I don't need to loose weight, I dont think, but just try to get fit! I'm really inactive, its so bad! Going to start tennis training again.

Also didn't do the muscle in my legs any good when I used to be very fit and play a lot of sport hten suddenly stopped for about two years. need to make it more muscle rather than just bleugh..

urghhhh i have no motivation atm!

i havent started my summer yet ): unfortunately im still at sixth.

i keep meaning to get a routine going...it fails.
last week i managed to force myself to go running for half an hour one morning.

i failed all the other mornings.

Just think of how good you feel after having gone running.

very risky :/ Your body probably burns up to 2k calories daily and with exercise on top you're going to be over-training from the first day. Be prepared to have a ****ty time.
2 weeks of solid cardio so far...

Another life time full to go

Seeing as you're upset, I'll end by saying it makes you appear badboy-like and I want to now jump on you.

I've been trying to get fit for some time but find it so hard to stick to it sometimes. At the moment i'm trying to do yogalates 3 times a week, jogging/walking 3 times a week, and swimming once a week. Haven't been swimming for ages though!
