Default Conferening software with Latex etc

Does anyone know of of something like IM Messenger or a more professional conferencing software tool that has Latex or some kind of proper, full maths notation suitable for A Level and above, preferably but not necessarily free?

Thanks

If your on mac then just use ichat and Latexit (http://www.apple.com/downloads/macos...e/latexit.html )

it will just let you drag and drop equations into ichat as pdf images which works really well
