Hi, well first I better give you a background. I am currently doing 2 Advanced Highers and 2 Highers at high school and I was offered to do an OU course instead of one of my advanced highers seeing as I don't really enjoy one of them, so if I accept, I'd have 2 Highers, 1 advanced higher and an OU course and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me whether or not they'd think it's a heavy workload? It has to be 10 points and lasts about 8-10 weeks - is this too much? Should I just stick to what I have? Or should I go for it?

I have an Open university course, but I'm doing it in conjunction with my A-levels, it is worth a menial number of points and won't be included in any university offers I doubt. But to answer your question, it's really not a heavy workload (is yours the degree module thing, rather than a proper degree course), I just got a textbook, information and you answer a few essay questions. Assuming you're talking about the same course, it's not that heavy a workload.

Yeah it's a module thing.
I'm thinking about doing Volcanoes, Earthquakes and Tsunamis by the way.
Thanks for replying!
