You could always find a cushion or something to cover yourself with if you have to get totally naked.
Try not to worry about it too much though, I think you'd look more silly sitting out than just playing and getting an erection.

Get an erection, it is quite normal. As long as you concentrate on the game.

It might distract the others from concentrating properly thus you have the advantage.
