Default help with health costs: HC3 to HC2

I applied for help with health costs and got a HC3 form, but it depends on when you apply how much help you get as you send off evidence.

I was wondering if I applied now I might get a HC2 form but my HC3 is still valid (until Feb 2009) so would I be able to apply for help with health costs when I already have a valid form? - even if the form is only for partial help and not full help???

thanks

mc

Do you mean that your circumstances have changed and you used to be entitled to part help, but you now beleive you're entitled to full help?

I think on the hc3 you've got it'll have a contact number/address for you to update them of your circumstances. I don't think you'd have to completely reapply.
