Even though I dislike the Torys, I think the best orator in Parliament is William Hague
Totally agree. If he was still leader, I would be remotely more inclined to vote Tory. In terms of Cameron and Osborne, I for one don't want these arrogant arses as either PM or Chancellor.

Tony Benn was a very good orator in his day, as was Enoch Powell, who in fact, was not a racist, but a very intelligent man.

IDS? I thought I was seeing things when I saw this. ''The quiet man is here to stay, and he's turning up the Volume!'' HAHAHAHA.

Rifkind, Hague, Galloway. Alan Johnson, perhaps?

Sadly not many good ones out there. Vince Cable has been good recently, and Lembit Opik is sometimes good value for money. Gone blank.

Robin Cook was good, shame about his early death.

One more vote for William Hague here.

True, but Harman arguably owned him here.

I actually felt Harman was slightly more bitchy, but he was the better orator.
Well, you're biased and I'm not. :p:

Gordon Brown haha!

Blair; when he was about. Hague is also good.

I can't understand those who are saying Galloway is good in Parliament, he's alright in RESPECT rallies when he is free to rant to whatever degree of extremity he desires, but within the confines of the Commons, he's merely mediocre.
