I find if I can't get something to work, I go away and come back later and somehow I do something that makes it work then, without trying too hard. :p:

I've done everything you've all said, and deleted everything I've found, but when I try and install it, I still get that message.

btw when I used Windows to search for WhatPulse.bin it found nothing.


How about just searching for "WhatPulse" to get any associated files that are still hanging around? :confused:

she has a file called WhatPulse.bin that she cant find to delete it.

I'll be back later I need to go myself as I have got RSI does this program have an installer? if so check in the program files directory for the file or do a search. If you do a search (assuming you have got XP) make sure you click on all files and folders.

It does have an installer thingy yep. I checked in program files and deleted the WatchPulse thing there. But then I download it again and type in my details, and it says:
"Please delete your old WatchPulse.bin before you run this version"

I did the Windows search and it didn't find anything.
