Question Help for preparation for Home Economics AS Level?
 
I am starting Home Economics at AS level this September but i didnt take food technology at GCSE.

What sort of preparation/research should i do before i start the course so i can 'hit the ground running' as my teacher said? I am a little worried that i am already too far behind so any advice (other than drop the course) would be useful.

If you did AQA, can you tell me what textbooks/material you used please? The college that I plan to study at won't recommend any!? I'm kind of in the same situation as you seemed to be. Thanks x
