Bath or UCL - Civil Engineering

Hey there, simple question, Bath or UCL for civil engineering? comments much appreciated.
UCL is a more respected uni. But look at the tables which is better for civil engineering. Also, why only those to uni's?

Ah sorry I should have explained. I'm thinking of which uni to put as choice 5 for ucas form.

Already have Oxford (general), Imperial, Bristol and Southampton

Although Bath's department is better, I would (and did) pick UCL because the atmosphere was great, and it's in one of the nicest areas in London.
