I'm turning IB this year
and I still don't know wat to do in IB
I chose languages, math, chemistry, physics.
but I'm still thinking wat to choose for last.
DT or eco or business...
How is eco and business different?
and where I can go for univ with those combinations?
and wat can i do for future?

Economics is more of the study of the market as a whole, whereas Business and Management deals with the specifics of a business like Human Resources, etc. I do neither so I can't really give more specifics...

I suggest you to do economics because econ is a more respected subject for the university. some universities, such as cambridge, do not even regard business as a specific subject. (business is studied by people who can't study econ, so you see the difference?)
and also I highly recommend you to choose history as well if you are choosing a humanity subject for university. History can really sharpen your critical thinking and handle different interpretation on a specific event.

After having a look at the syllabus of both Business & Management (Well, starting from the beginning it differs from Business STUDIES - a subject of A-levels) and Economics, I'd like to say something for you. Yes, we do not necessarily need to learn neither Business & Management nor Economics in terms of applying to most UK universities. However, top universities would need something makes sense in terms of subjects studied at IB. So the choice really belongs to you, if you would like to study Business Administration/Management/Marketing for your degree, you'd better go for Business & Management and vice versa. I know getting good grades is a great concern, but both of them are impossible to conclude about which one is easier. So you need to think about your desire, your future and make proper decisions for subject choice. I am afraid this is a one way trip, so please consider carefully.

I say you go for DT, since it can help you to see the applications of similar things you do in chem. and Phys., and because you seem to be aiming at a science-based diploma. As an alternative, economics would probably be the wiser choice of the two (business being the other). Economics has a broader base, and gives you more options in the end. If you chose bus. you've already narrowed yourself down to studying something from the firms perspective. With economics you get an insight into most parts of what constitutes a whole economy. Economics, not to forget, rests on a specific way of thinking, which could be precious skill one could add to one's mindset...

How can you do Chemistry, Physics and DT? They're all group 4 subjects. (I know you can sometimes do a modified Diploma, but isn't that more for people in countries where you need 3 sciences for university? I doubt DT would qualify under that...)

You cannot do DT because u already have 2 sciences, u cant do 3 sciences, u must pick one from the social sciences, which is econ, business, geog, history, psychology, etc.
so ur choice is only the above group 3 subjects.

um i recommend that u choose econ coz its useful for ur further studies.
