Completely learned.

If being gay was innate their would have to be a biological component that caused this. The biological component would have to be defined by genes within that person, to make them gay. Assuming this is true it can be safely said that the innate behaviour could not be passed onto offspring, and ultimately the gay gene/biological component would phase out and become non-existent. Therefore the only logical conclusion is that being gay is a learned behaviour.
