What do people generally need to get (first etc) to have a good shot at doing a second undergraduate degree, having done the first degree at oxford too.

Also, is it best to apply again to the same college, or is it possible to go to a new college?

Sorry not to answer your question, but I was just wondering if you could do a second degree in Modern Languages, because it's supposed to be shorter but as there is a year abroad in an ML degree, is it possible ? (Random question, I absolutely not intend in doing another degree, lol)

senior status is only granted to those who have already got the skills and abilities you'd pick up in the first year- so if you spoke french to a 1st yr u/g standard and already have good literary skills (having done say english or classics for your first degree) i don't see why they wouldn't grant it to you.

OP- normally you'd be expected to have a 1st or a 2.1, from what i've heard. Go talk to your senior tutor regarding college choice.

You can apply to any college. But being there, why don't you ask at your college what their views are?
