To UCL Psychology '08 applicants
They got the results today and apparently there were 4 extra places for people who didn't meet their offer. Just thought you might like to know.
(One of my relatives is an admissions tutor/lecturer there, that's how I know)

As far as I know the places are going to people who just missed their offer, apparently UCL isn't entering clearing this year
