Yep, nobody's likely to care about if technically it means there's a grad job for the year after or not (someone I know got in trouble for putting 1-2 day taster days down as internships..idiot). If its of sufficient length (minimum 4, ideally 6 weeks), and you're doing some real work rather than photocopying, I'd say its fine to use the word internship - '1st year internship' is a commonly used phrase, people do internships even though they have more than 1yr of uni left, logically most things can have a FT job offer lined up if you do well, so its fine. Don't dwell on such minor details though.
