Default Best mobile phone provider for internat'l student
 
I'm looking for good coverage in the UK and in Europe, a monthly plan with lots of minutes (care less for texts), and relatively cheap international dialing (VERY important). Preferably the phone would be free with the plan purchase. Does anybody have any recommendations?
