What counts as a mitigating circumstance? The Guide To Results Day says that if you have any, and your place has changed to unsuccessful you can still phone them up?
For my offer I needed an A in Further Maths AS Level, but I only got a B. However, I didn't really have proper lessons. Shouldnt u have made them aware of this befre results as it normally holds more sway then. Its worth a try but people will have stronger cases such as illnesses n deaths.

Usually illness, death and that sort of thing.

Your case may be very difficult to prove and it may seem as though you're just make excuses.

You can still try and explain it to them, stressing that, in two modules, you got an A.
