applying for physics at oxbridge

Hi i got my AS results today, and found that i got 3 A's in maths, physics and computer science, and a B in english literature, and i just wondered if it would be worth taking AS further maths next year, in the attempt to study physics at either oxford or cambridge university, thanks!

First off, you don't apply for a Physics degree to Cambridge - you apply for (physical) Natural Sciences.

I think Further Maths is definitely worth taking - it's not compulsory, as a lot of schools don't offer it, but I think it'd give you a disadvantage if you don't, especially as you only have 2 sciences/maths at the moment (Computing probably wouldn't count as a science subject). It'll be worth trying to get the full A-level in FM as well, as much as for admissions purposes as well as helping you for the course.
