quick question

I am not sure what my results are as these are being posted to me. So, track says UNCONDITIONAL firm.

Do I still need to call Lancaster to confirm the offer? If so which number should I use?

nope, you dont. you would only have to call if you missed your offer, or you wanted not to take up the offer.

Have a look at all the threads about missing offers. It's fairly common for people to miss by a grade and still get in. If Track says they've confirmed your place, then you're in. You should get a confirmation letter from UCAS shortly.
