It's not rubbish, it makes perfect sense.
Why would the Uni waste time and money doing the admin work for a student holding a conditional offer? It's not even definite they will go to the Uni as it's only a conditional offer.

alrite, point well made. i'm just worried about getting bad accomodation. especially as people have said they applied for fallowfields and didnt get it. i always assumed owens park is so so larged that your guarenteed there if nowhere else.
