I did the decomposition of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide). Quite easy...got 90/90 for the module. If you choose to do this and need any help contact me any time

i did the effect of hydrogen peroxide concentration on the activity of catalase (all the skills) and the effect of temperature on the permeability of beetroot cell membranes (only evaluation properly cos flopped it in catalase one)

Last year my couseework was the effect of solvents on the permeability of cell membranes. The solvent used in the experiment was the alcohol, ethanol.
Beetroot were treated with ethanol.

(This was a very simple experiment, although it was quite time consuming). In the end I gained 58/60.

Thanks for ur replies. But I have already started my coursework and
I am doing it on vitamin C. I'm investigating whether a particular orange juice will change its concentration when it is exposed to different temperatures.
