When I started I got £4.24...but that was because I was 16 obviously. Could just be due to varying locations as you say I suppose.

I think if they don't want you, they tell you straight away. I got the rejection email less than 24 hours after filling in the form! was a pity as I'd relly like to work there - I know where everything is already as I seem to spend all my time looking for stuff there

Quick question - does anyone know if there's a minimum number of hours they'd want you to do? I already have a job, but would quite like to do a couple of afternoons at Boots too.

I just got a phone call and I have an interview! Although the woman said they have interviews all day from 9 until 5, so it looks like my chances of getting a jobs are very slim. Still, there are four vacancies, so fingers crossed! Right, I'm off to Boots to memorise the location of the cheapest paracetemol lol.

hello there, i applied to boots online, and today got a phone call about an interview. my interview is for next week Saturday, and i don't wanna mess it up.

i'll be honest, i do lack confidence, but i try to fake it.

i've had an interview for boots before last year, and messed it up, they gave me a list of things to find , like shampoo etc. then they ask me to find the cheapest toothpaste, which i did. they asked a weird question 'does boots sell fruit', i said no. i didn't get the job.

anyone got any advice? i really want to get this job.

OK, I just had my interview. It went OK, I think, but I could have done better. Thanks for the tip on the cheapest paracetemol, that was really helpful!
