Food, enrollment for some courses, joining clubs & socs, transport, and booze if you are that way inclined.
Not including books which can be very expensive.

yeah the cabs and take aways add up. Could cost over 150odd if you drink loads before/during nights out.

i didn't spend much...actually I didn't spend anything as i missed all of freshers week.
second year i missed freshers week as i was working at freshers week...but say about £100 incl. nights out and taxis..(i probably didn't go out much, i can't remember)
