A musical director as I think I'd be good at it and totally enjoy it and never get bored.

Or a singer. (If I had the confidence which I lack. My vocal style would be a mix of Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Corinne Bailey-Rae but I know it'll never happen.)

All I know is I have a good musical ear and I love thinking about the intricacies of music so probably a musical director.

I'd love a career in the woodwind section of an orchestra - I adore playing in orchestras, so it'd be fantastic to make a living out of it!

I don't think I could be a concert pianist - I think it'd be exhilarating but it'd be bloody terrifying! At least in an orchestra other people can cover your mistakes!

It would be a dream to become a radio presenter that promotes new bands and acts. Hosting a specialist show rather than playing daytime radio rubbish.

Or perhaps being a member of a hip hop act/band, but I won't be responsible for the vocals. I'll be the one sitting behind a laptop towards the back of the stage, nodding my head and pretending I'm doing something useful.

Fair point! I was always the loudest in our section so it was really noticeable if I mucked up !
