Default For anyone starting a new sixth form - how was your first day?
 
Hi! I recently came back from my first day at sixth form (I'm starting year 12) - we finished at 1pm. I just thought I'd start a thread for people to discuss their first impressions...

Don't worry if you hate it at first. I came back from my first day and Sixth Form and burst into tears (something which I rarely do). Ended up loving it, so don't be put off!

How on earth did you know the reason why I made this thread? Gosh, you must be a mind reader - I kind of wanted to know that I wasn't the only person with reservations...thanks so much for the reassurance...rep

We had an induction day where 1/2 the year comes in on monday and the other 1/2 on tuesday, then everything is normal tommorow. We got to meet all of our teachers and i cant wait to start properly, i loved it .

I started on the 27th August!
thought i'd be nervous but i really wasn't im dead happy, even though i don't have my "group" from high school with me, eveything seems to be working out ok

Started yesterday, it was ok, but quite scary because everyone seemed to know each other Today was a bit better

Meh. Was a ****ing long day. I have a headache. I didn't want to do the sports active team ****ing building in the sports hall as I had no kit(yes on purpose)and i wouldn't trust my things to be left in the locker room so i just walked away....wasn't like there was any register or anything

lol i watched the S3 ep1 they showed on e4 this morning, i havent seen them before.. well not the first half so im happy im filling in the gaps.. even if i have forgotten what happens in S2 lol
