You also don't need a reading list yet, because you'll just buy it all when only about 3 books are essential.
For the first four weeks, even if you feel like splashing out on a biochem/molecular bio book don't because that's silly. Same for the I&D module...the lectures say to buy virology or immunology books but you won't ever look at them again. For these two modules, raid the library if necessary.
For C&B and FNM, you need your own copy of Pocock and Richards (Physiology), Dean and Pegington Vol. 2 (Anatomy) and Scambler (Sociology). Bender's book on nutrition is also useful but it's probably better to get it from the library.
