Student Support on UCAS?

On the ucas form I've selected the second option for student support.
02 LA,SAAS,NIBd,EU,Chl,IoM or Student Finance England
Then it says I need to select an LA, but I live in Germany and as it is 'British soil' I don't come under the EU catergory. Do I pick the place where I am hoping to go to uni??

i think LA means local authority.....even though germany is british, you will be classed as overseas as you havent lived here for 3 years....conact the uni and find out.....
