I doubt anyone on this forum is qualified to answer that question. Ring the unis in which you have an interest and ask them the question. Which country are you from originally? Is it an EU country?

Yeah it's best to check with the uni themselves. I was going to say if the country was an EU country, you'd have qualified for home student fees anyway.
