Studies have shown that the incidence of brain damage is directly proportional to the number of people who actually believe this vegan crap.

The American Dietetic Association states a vegan diet with planning is OK. I'd provide a link, but that might offend Mysognist, and he might have a tantrum and start another thread.

"cavemen" also had a functioning appendix, a very small Brain: Skull size ratio and their average lifespan didn't exceed 35 years. There are considerable differences between the anatomies of modern day homo sapiens and our ancestors which is why it's stupid to even compare the two.
Which is why I think these palaeo - low carb, meat based diets are ridiculous! They had larger jaw bones and canines to help them tear flesh, we don't.....look up the theory of evoloution sometime.
When I say caveman I mean homo erectus, the same species we are. I am not referring to the Australopithecine's, who did have the characteristics you describe, and also had teeth designed to chew grass and were likely herbivorous. They are not extinct and we ae prospering, what does that tell you.

Yeah...go with what the americans say, their dietary adviceis clearly great for their population.

Most governments also say its "ok" to eat some junk food every day. Doesnt mean its for the best.

I'm not really too bothered about meat causing cancer.

It's like an offline version of rule 34 these days. If you can imagine it, it causes cancer.

maybe its just the vegetarians bodies who aren't adapted to eating meat. because they're pussies.
hahaha look up the names Mike mahler, nick diaz or mac danzig. If any of those vegans look like pussies to you then you obviously must be some kind of badass MMA champion.

Solid links between meat and cancer:

human's are not physiologically adapted to the consumption of animal flesh and this is why we are so prone to cancer and other degenerative diseases when we consume such foodstuff. We have also addressed the point that animals are fed and exposed to so many chemicals these days, which may include penicillin, tetracycline, sewage-sludge pellets decontaminated with caesium-137, radioactive nuclear waste, fattening agents and a list of other chemicals and antibiotics to "prime" the animal for sale. Also, after the slaughter of the terrified animal, chemical treatment which some meat receives when it is routinely dipped in sodium sulphite (to decrease the stench of decay and turn it red rather than the sickly grey colour of ageing animal flesh) is thought to be carcinogenic. In fact, even cement dust is included in farm animal's feed! 'Nutrition and Health' reported in 1981 that some cattle farms in the Mid-West were feeding their steers hundreds of pounds of cement dust to 'get their weight up' for sale. A consumer group, hearing of this ploy, asked the FDA to halt it and the FDA, after investigation, stated that since there has been no indication of harm to humans by ingesting some cement dust, the practice can continue until some harm is proven! (Ibid.).

Some examples of the types of poisons we consume when we eat flesh foods and its products include the following: Hydroperoxide, alkoxy, endoperoxides from heated meat, pasteurised milk; Ally aldehyde (acrolein), butyric acid, nitropyrene, nitrobenzene and nitrosamines from heated fats and oils and indoles, skatoles, nitropyrene, ptomatropine, ptomaines, leukomaines, ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, cadaverine, muscarine, putrecine, nervine and mercaptins in cheese(9). It is, of course, no coincidence that since the proliferation of processed foods, beginning in about 1950, cancer rates steadily increased and are now at an all-time high.

    eish!

Scary stuff! No more roast chicken for me I guess.

A recommended read for anyone who's concenred about their health and well being.
Yeah right, come out of the closet vegan. no self respecting meat eater will google that crap/propaganda.

Why does every vegan girl who posts on TSR have anemia?
The reason why many are in such terrible condition is beacuse they don't know **** about nutrition.
They eat crap all day long: chips, refined carbs and sugars, corn syrup etc. Many eat virtually nothing except white starchy foods. They barely eat any fresh fruit/veg or wholegrains and their omega-3 EFA intake is virtually nil. So they're obviously going to suffer from many nutritional deficiencies.

Combine that with the fact that many lead ridiculously sedentary lifetstyles and you have your real answer as to why they're in such terrible condition.

The anaemia could easily be solved by eating broccoli and/or spinach which are even better sources of iron, since the nutrient is more bioavailable in plant matter.

Studies show out of 10 people who stood near a flatulent hobo, 5 got cancer. Out of 10 people who did not stand near a flatulent hobo, only 2 fell prey to cancer. Therefore you have are at 30% greater risk of contracting cancer, if you stand near a flatulent hobo.

The case doesn't rest on epidemiological studies! It's commons sense. btw, that hobo could have fought in Iraq and become homeless. If you can't respect humans you'll never grasp anything a vegan will say to you.

People don't worry about meat you can get cancer from pretty much anything for example looking at your computer screen 6hrs a day may trigger some sort of abnormal cell division in your retina ect. Cancer can be caused by loads of things.
Can I have the source regarding the computer screen thing?

And incase you hadn't realised the studies linking meat consumption to cancer focus primarily on colon cancer.

Well Diaz isn't very classy but he does have an interesting, dynamic fighting style. I loved the way he pulled that gogoplata out of nowhere against gomi.

The OP has been spending too much time with lentil eating Hari Krishnas, one trip to a good old Kebab joint and he'll slap himself for ever creating this thread
