Default ucas app - fee code confusion

Im applying to medicine and am confused as to which fee code option i am supposed to choose to show how i expect to pay for my tuiton fees on my ucas form. Normally i would apply for option 2 which is the student finance england option but there is also an option 5 which is a dhss/regional health option. I know that in year 5 the nhs covers the cost of tuition fees but i dont know what option to select. Can anyone help me?

There should be something saying 'Assist'... click it, then fill in the questionnaire.

If that fails, contact student finance
