MBAs?

Hey, I've not even finished my masters in physics yet, but I would like to do an MBA when I've graduated. Probably not straight away, as i realise that you need work experience first generally.

But I was wondering how likely it is that a company would take you on and promise to sponsor you for an MBA?

I might have the option of doing a PhD after my masters, but then I'd be stuck in that field, where as an MBA would let me go anywhere - and in the end, if I do want and accept promotions I'll end up in management anyway and not doing 'real' science :shifty: .

But how likely is it that when you join a company you can then get onto an MBA course?

I'm very confused about MBAs, apart from knowing that they are very useful and important.

And what are the costs? I've seen uncapped costs going on here, which scares me. Are MBAs from private colleges just as well accepted as public universities? (it seems private ones are cheaper by far!)

Thanks!
